The apartments are fully-self catering, open-planned and equipped with all the necessary items that are needed for a relaxing seaside holiday. Furthermore guests also have the option of staying in our spacious and stylish log cabins which are just 200m away from the water’s edge.

Kowie River Chalets is situated in Port Alfred which is of course know for It’s perfect weather, stunning beaches, top- class shopping malls and historical monuments.  Kelly’s Beach is recognized as one of South Africa’s Blue Flag beaches. It is the ideal place to spend your vacation soaking up the sun, catching a tan or watching the sun set while chilling on the viewing decks.

Just 12km’s away from the resort guests can take a drive to Bathurst and find the largest pineapple in Africa! Inside the pineapple tourists can watch a video about pineapple farming, see fantastic views of the landscape on the observation deck and you can always hop onto the back of a farmer’s tractor and take a ride through the pineapple fields. This will be an experience of a lifetime and a day in the life of SpongeBob SquarePants who lives in a Pineapple, but under the sea.
